The location was convenient, surrounded by numerous dining options and close to the Zocalo. the staff offered helpful guidance and the facilities were clean. the room had wifi and cable TV, and some rooms had a cozy terrace.

Some rooms lacked proper light coverage and privacy due to inadequate curtains.

Great location in the heart of the city with many tourist places nearby, and accessible car parking nearby. the friendly and helpful staff made our Christmas stay even better. the room was comfortable, had a TV, and was cleaned daily.

The room was a bit noisy, especially during heavy rain, and lacked blackout curtains for better privacy and light coverage. the furniture was a bit outdated and some items needed fixing.

The hotel had a great location to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, the staff was very helpful and provided us with useful guidance during our stay. We also enjoyed having a TV in our room with cable, which was a nice added bonus.

The mattresses in our room were old, and the accommodations were worn out. during heavy rain, we experienced a water leak and had to deal with several mosquitoes in our room.
